Dr. William L. Hogan has extensive experience in several disciplines, with primary concentration in digital signal processing algorithms and software; the mathematical modeling of physical systems; applied estimation theory and control; and the development of large-scale software systems. His education includes; PhD, Elementary Particle Physics, MS,Physics, BES Physics, Graduate digital signal processing courses at MIT/Northeastern University.
Dr. Harvey C. Woodsum has over 22 years experience related to the development of sonar, radar, ESM, and electro-optical systems with concentration on acoustic signal processing and systems design. His education includes; PhD physics,ScM.,High Energy Particle Physics, B.S. (Highest Honors and Highest Distinction) Engineering Physics, with a minor in Microelectronics Engineering and specialized courses with Massachusetts Institute of Technology(MIT) faculty.
Michael J. Pitaro qualifications include; Director of Signal Processing, responsible for advanced technology research including all phases of programs from concept to algorithm, hardware, software, and system design. Involved in development of several projects including Diver Alert and Tracking Systems (DATS) an underwater navigation and reporting system for military scuba divers; Marine Advanced SIGINT System (MASS) a pattern matching interferometer direction finding system for HMM-V and helicopter; Parametric Array Dipping Sonar (PADS) a helicopter basedsystem to find mines and submarines in littoral waters. His education includes; B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
Raymond A. Sosnowski qualifications include; Practical technical solutions using a multi-disciplinary approach that integrates techniques of physical sciences, general system & mathematical analyses and software engineering for numerical simulations and prototype software. His education includes; MA cum laude, Cognitive and Neural Systems.
